Entrepreneurs Brian Bogert and Court Roueche dreamt up the concept two years ago, and when the perfect spot became available, they seized it immediately. The visually stunning interior, designed by manager Kristen Ciesielski, creatively utilizes pre-existing elements unique to the building, which was from formerly inhabited by University Cleaners.
